Our Coaching Story

Di has been coaching teams for many years and has become a lead performance and mindset coach in both the Leisure & Equestrian Industry. As an International dressage rider herself she understands the pressures riders face in what can be a challenging environment. Riders who have joined her program have achieved amazing things, by getting out of their own way, understanding how to become their own cheerleaders and building positivity around them. Di has a great way of engaging with her groups and there is no doubt that you will enjoy being part of this program, where you will find a supportive non judgemental safe place to flourish and be the rider you always wanted to be.

 

Di works with a range of riders from elite squads like the Para Endurance GB ambassador squad riders to individual Grand Prix riders, very happy hackers, riding club members and everyone in between covering a host of equestrian disciplines, so whatever stage you are at or where you want to be this program is for you.
